Can your rig handle it?
Balance your rock crawling skills with the all new HRC Broken Bridge obstacle. Specifically designed for 1/18 and 1/24 scale RC rock crawlers.
While attempting this obstacle you will be faced with a narrow line, that allows for a slim margin of error before you become victim to the bridges broken deck. The Broken Bridge features a tilting (seesaw action) bridge deck that can be adjusted for two different skill levels. With some minor adjustments you can test your extreme skills or play pass the transmitter and let someone with less experience have a go at it.
Each HRC CrawlerTrax obstacle comes with multiple customizable features such as the option to add full color scale graphics.

🌉 Two Years With the HangarRC Broken Bridge — My Straight‑Up Review
After two full years of running the HangarRC Broken Bridge, I can say this obstacle has earned its place in my lineup. It’s one of those pieces that looks great, works great, and keeps delivering challenge after challenge without falling apart or losing its character.
🏗️ Quality You Notice Immediately
The Broken Bridge is built with the same high‑end craftsmanship HangarRC is known for. The materials feel solid, the cuts are clean, and the whole piece has that “purpose‑built” vibe. Even after countless sessions, it still feels like a premium obstacle every time I set a rig on it.
⏳ Longevity That Surprised Me
Two years of use — and I mean use — and this thing is still going strong. No sagging, no warping, no weird shifts in how it behaves. The bridge sections still move the way they should, and the structure hasn’t loosened up or gotten sloppy. It’s held up far better than most obstacles would under the same amount of abuse.
💪 Sturdiness That Inspires Confidence
The Broken Bridge is rock solid. It doesn’t twist, flex, or feel fragile, even when rigs hit it at odd angles or weight shifts suddenly. The base stays planted, the bridge arms stay aligned, and the whole obstacle feels like it was built to take a beating. It’s one of the few pieces I never worry about when I’m running heavier rigs.
🎨 Finish That Still Looks Sharp
The finish has held up beautifully. No peeling, no fading, no rough spots developing over time. Even with dirt, dust, and constant movement, it still cleans up well and looks like a display‑worthy piece. HangarRC nailed the visual durability on this one.
⚠️ The Only Real Issue: Seesaw Mechanism Wear
If there’s one thing worth mentioning, it’s the seesaw mechanism. After a ton of use, it does start to show some wear. Nothing catastrophic, nothing that ruins the obstacle — just the natural result of a moving part being used over and over. It’s the only area where time leaves a mark, and honestly, given how much action it sees, it’s not surprising.
⭐ Final Verdict
Two years in, the HangarRC Broken Bridge is still one of my favorite obstacles to run. The quality, longevity, sturdiness, and finish are all top‑tier, and it continues to deliver a fun, technical challenge every time I use it. Aside from the seesaw mechanism wearing a bit after heavy use, it’s been rock‑solid and absolutely worth having in the collection.
Great for the price and fun for bringers. Has great adjustability and I just love this thing all together.
It seems that everyone needs a Seesaw styled obstacle to play on, and this one from Hangar RC is great.
The Good: It features a weighted side and multiple holes for adjustments depending on how hard you want the obstacle to be. It simple and has three braces that can be used to loosen or tighten your seesaw to adjust for the functionality of the obstacle. I have mine set on the top hole for the most difficult. The center brace and be slid out or in to adjust how much drag is on the seesaw. I found this to work pretty well. It allows you to adjust the free flow nature of this obstacle allowing it to “Reset” it to default for the next driver. It’s a simple but fun obstacle. A must have for everyone using the micro on mini crawlers. The graphics just add to the whole feel of this obstacle.
The Bad: I did have a hard time getting mine to work right in the beginning, but a simple email to their customer service and I was guided to proper method to the functionality for the seesaw. Their Customer Support is awesome.
Longevity: After a month, I still have to adjust it from time to time, but it is standing the test of time so far!
Great obstacles are created by HangerRc but this one is feel is too expensive for ots purpose.
