Yes. All VIP members earn points with their purchases based on their current rank: Basic (1x), Silver (1x), Gold (2x), and Diamond (3x). Points compound quickly the higher your tier.
Points are earned automatically on every order at your tier rate (1×, 2×, or 3× per $1). Bonus points come from reviews, social follows, referrals, birthdays, and the Back for More perk on your 2nd order.
Points are redeemed as coupon codes at checkout. The ratio is fixed: 100 points = $1 OFF. You can redeem any multiple of 100 on any order with no minimum requirement.
Points stay active as long as you make at least one purchase every 12 months. Accounts inactive for over 12 months may have their balance reset.

Generally yes — points coupon codes can be combined with other discounts. Some exclusive promotional campaigns may restrict stacking, which will be shown clearly at checkout.
Points from a fully refunded order are deducted from your balance. Partial returns result in a proportional adjustment to your points.
// Tier System
Guest accounts can still earn points on purchases at a basic rate of $100 spent = 1 point. However, guests cannot redeem points. You must sign up for a free Member account to start redeeming points and unlock higher VIP tier multipliers.
Tiers are based on total spend over a 12-month rolling period: Silver Driver ($300), Gold Driver ($500), Diamond Driver ($1,000). Once you hit the threshold, you're automatically upgraded and receive your level-up gift card.
Tiers are reviewed annually. To maintain your status, you need to meet the spend threshold again in the next 12-month period. You'll be notified in advance before any tier change takes effect.

Purchase points are added within 24–48 hours of your order shipping. Bonus points from reviews and referrals are credited within 72 hours of the qualifying action being verified.
You must be logged into your account at checkout — guest orders don't earn points. If you were logged in and points haven't appeared after 48 hours, contact support with your order number.
